Space is limited and is filling up quickly, so be sure to register for this conference early!

The conference participation fee is US$ 280 until 15 July 2003. Participants who register after this date will be required to pay US$ 350. The registration fee for an accompanying person is US$ 115.

The registration fee for one participant includes attendance, conference materials, three breakfasts, three lunches and refreshments during the conference, social event at the Waikiki Aquarium, one conference dinner and bus transportation from the designated hotel to conference and event venues.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND POLICY
Before 15 July 2003, 95% Refund; 16 July - 15 August 2003, 50% Refund;
After 16 August 2003, No refund shall apply.
Substitutions can be made at any time. Cancellations must be notified in writing to the program officer Ms. Penny Higa. Refunds will be processed after the Conference.
